Account Manager

Our Account Manager at SITO will have the opportunity to combine analytical and creative thinking to craft innovative mobile advertising programs for top advertising brands and agencies. Account Managers at SITO produce creative presentations that engage and inform. They contribute each day to driving our mobile advertising sales revenue. And play a major role in how SITO evolves in step with the changing mobile media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful onboarding of new clients which includes developing training documents, best practices and operational guidelines
  • Focus on 1:1 relationships with clients to align goals and guide operational execution of media buys
  • Primary point-of-contact for all campaign related tasks from internal/client kick off, launch and reporting & analysis
  • Define & consult with clients on the best course of action on campaign structure & best practices to meet their media objectives
  • Drive the direction of campaigns, delivering recommendations and action items in a timely and effective manner
  • Be an expert in all SITO core product offerings/scope
  • Consistently manage time, budget and resources for all projects ensuring delivery dates, identification and resolution of issues, adherence / mindfulness of project scope and the impacts of changes
  • Prepare for and facilitate regular status calls with clients to discuss issues, changes, action items, risks, and other key campaign variables
  • Manage change requests from clients including the negotiation and creation of additional work requests and authorizations as needed
  • Expertly communicate to all team members (internal and external 3rd party vendors) ensuring knowledge of project scope, responsibilities, and changes
  • Identify and communicate to sales team additional opportunities beyond current client campaign for upsell and retention
  • Perform in-depth analysis on campaign performance including weekly/monthly reporting, comprehensive campaign wrap up reports and quarterly client reviews
  • Perform in-depth exploratory analysis on campaign performance and network trends and use problem solving and analytical skills in order to determine the most effective means of increasing ROI for the company and advertiser

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred minimum of 4+ years of client services experience in digital/mobile
Account Coordinator (Internship)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations of the account management team
  • Develop a strong understanding of SITO’s mobile media value proposition and become an expert in our product offering (current and future)
  • Collect contracts from account managers and oversee entry and support into contract management system
  • Create and develop analytic reporting for clients
  • Organize campaign details and assets; Track expiration dates, missing creative, and goals for account managers

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior marketing or agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with digital analytics preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the Google office suite
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal stakeholders
  • Team player with a good sense of humor
